Francis Richard “Frankie” McReary (born July 20, 1963) is an Irish-American cop of the Liberty City Police Department (LCPD) in Grand Theft Auto IV. He is the younger brother of Derrick McReary and the older brother of Gerald McReary, Patrick McReary, and Kate McReary. Unlike his other siblings, who are mobsters, he is a corrupt police officer. Based on the fact that he’s a blood relative of Derrick, Gerry, Packie, and Kate, the four of them get away with a lot more than most other mobsters within New York City. Niko Bellic is capable of killing either him or Derrick. Even though he’s about as big of a douchebag as Derrick is, he still shows more compassion towards his brother dying, considering he even calls in his own police unit whereas if Francis is killed instead, Derrick will just walk away like nothing happened. He also helps Niko out later on by clearing his wanted level if called. In KGBSpetsnaz's universe, the kill Derrick option is canon. Francis is about 5’9 and 160 lbs, and has dark hair and dark eyes. He looks a lot like Frank the Cop from the Yo Mama videos on YouTube.
