The Forletti Family was an Italian organized crime syndicate from Sicily, Italy, that was founded in 1997 by Giacollo Forletti. The family was a force to be reckoned with, allying with the Terresse Family, Gammossi Family, and Corcesse Family, and were enemies of the Travonni Family and Corleone Family. They were eliminated by the Corleones after the death of their rogue capo Pete Clemenza.

Don Forletti created the Forletti Family in 1997, a Sicilian mobster, but he also incorporated many French people into the family as citizens, earning Forletti the nickname "the Barzini supporter". In the 2000s, they helped the Terresse Family in a short mob war with the Travonnis, but this left their Soldiers dead at the hands of John Felcunio and Alberto Gatto. The Forletti family ran several gambling operations in Las Vegas, co-owning the Shinnok Hotel with the Gammossi Family spy Nicholas Klingman. The hotel was taken over by the Travonni Family in 2012 by purchase, and the Travonnis used that money to invest in hotels in Havana, but lost most of this money when the Sausage army took control over the city on New Years' Day 2013, losing the Shinnok Hotel. In the 2014, Forlettis attempted to regain their casinos in Las Vegas by aiding Nick Terresse in attacking the Travonni Family, but Forletti, after having a heart attack, was driven into a lake with his ambulance, drowning them all, as a hit made by Giuseppe Travonni. The death of the Giacollo led to them joining Dixmor Project and take part in their taking over the world and finally kill Travonni.
