Flood is a former Icelandic serial killer, who was turned into a member of the Elements. He's entire molecular structure was rewritten for him to have Nanomachine-powered body of water. He was capable killing enemies with a single blow, and even protecting himself by making walls of defence. He was killed when Sword Snake flew him into space where he slowly suffocate, and eventually disintegrated after being thrown into the sun.
