The Fire-breathing Groupie is a lackey and a groupie (as her name would imply) for Joel Stromboli and his freakshow. Judging from her appearance she might represent some sexual characteristics on the shows. However, thanks to her fire-breathing abilities, she might also serve as the fire-breather of the show.
