This page here is about discussing all the known factions or gangs in the game of Red Dead Revolver 3dn edition, a copy of the original Revolver and this one's in a different timeline.
Criminal Gangs[]
First we move on to the factions that are criminal organisations, more or less, basically gangs that are made up of any known bandits, as they prefer dishonesty and criminality to get their hands on some mula other than honest work or any other work. Most of these bad boys are goons for hire and their work includes being bodyguards of bounty targets or just redshirts for the player to mow down. The bosses on the other hand, have health bars and are tougher nuts to crack.
Irish's Gang[]
The first gang to appear in the game, they're the stars is in the mission "Twin Rox", where the player must kill all of the gang members before taking on Mo van Barr, Sonny Higbee and Walton Lowe. Irish's Gang are one of the smallest gangs here, which is ironic how big they are in the other timelines. Their only hideout is the stronghold of Twin Rocks and they appear in one mission. Members of the Irish's Gang stand out due to the top hats and matching scarves, plus dirty clothes. The playable Irish boys are Walton Lowe, Sonny Higbee, Woody Sunshine, Cooper Red and Link Huston.

Ugly Gang[]
The only appearance of this gang is in the mission "Silver Town", where the player must kill all of the gang members before taking on Ugly Chris himself and protect Leg Johnson, who he uses as a shield as he carries his butt over the shoulder in a sexual manner. Even though the Ugly boys are one of the bigger gangs and control the entire Silver Town, they're all killed by that lunatic Jack Marston here. Their only hideout is the ravaged Silver Town and they appear in one mission as well. Members of the Ugly Gang in 3dn edition are very different than the ones in the current timeline, minus Chrissy, who always leads the bunch. The playable gang members are Ugly Chris himself, Bo Scrantom, Verner Corn, and Michael Reese.

Hestor's Gang[]
Hestor Frith's boys make an appearance in the missions "The Train Cart" and the "Train", where the player must first beat Roberto Pedrosa in a duel and then save the entire train line from Hestor's men that are attacking the train outside. This includes killing Zebedee Nash and Hestor Frith himself. After Frith is dead, the player must protect Wade Fackard for 2 minutes from attacking Frith's men on horseback, lead by Dan Pister. After these 2 missions, the gang is never seen again. The playable members of Frith's gang are Hestor himself, and Roberto's younger brother, Rico Pedrosa.

Basset's Miners[]
Basset's Miners make an appearance in two missions, "Silver's Night Town" and "The Hunt For Guard Dig", being the only criminal gang that does so along with Seth Brains' gang. They're also the only gang that the player fights as two different heroes, first as Jack Marston and then as Leg Johnson. They're a bunch of miners and treasure hunters lead by Wade Basset, who is known for his stench, or was, as he was killed by Leg Johnson in Silver Town along with his top men after he captured Laura Fortuna. Before he was killed, his top guy, Guard Dig was killed by Jackson at Red's Grass a day before, even though he used nothing but TNT to get at Jack. After Wade's death, the mining gang is presumed disbanded and all dead, although some of the survivors might've went mining and robbing on their own. They owned the abandoned mine at Gaptooth Reach as their stronghold, although it is not accessible in the game, while they also ran Silver Town after Chris' death and Dig and his boys hang around at Red Harlow's Grass. In the current timeline, they only ever owned Gaptooth Reach. The playable miners include Mickey Conway, Roscol Duffly, Harlan Forbers, Guard Dig and Harvard Coskie, but not Wade himself.

Seth Brains' grave robbers[]
Although he doesn't have an official gang, Seth runs a small gang of grave robbers in Thompson Town during the mission "The Hunt For Seth Brains". Seth Brains clearly gave the second-in-command position to Moses Forth, his closest pal, while he also seemed to have Digby Haskins and Dan Pister in his gang. They appear in the aforementioned mission and are killed by Jackson with Seth being killed in the basement of the mansion. The so-called gang's only hideout seemed to be Thompson Town. The only playable members of the group are Seth Brains himself and Digby Haskins.
