Fabriano "Fab" O'Mellon Santrini is a butcher from New Town and the owner of Fabriano Santrini & Son butchery today. He formerly worked along with his son for the Stracci and Corleone families until their disbandment and leave for the US.
Biography[]
Santrini was always known as an alcoholic, smoker and a big spender, but earned himself the nickname as "The Butcher of New Town" which scared his son. Sometimes even some parts of the smoked-out cigs could be found in the meat he sold. In 2006, the Straccis forced Fabriano to sell his business over to them and also used his upper floor to open up a racket which would be led by his own son, Benny the Boat. After some months however, Fabb and Benny received a modest and pretty good amount of money for the use of their upstairs room, and they happily remained loyal to the Straccis who also came to their racket to gamble.
In 2010, Charlie Trapani assaulted the butchery, and both, Fabriano and his son found their business taken over by force. Much to their dismay, the Corleone Family lowered their pay by 10%.
In 2014 however, Fabriano's butchery was freed from the Corleones after most of them were killed by the DeVazzi Family who attacked France City in order to take it over. Santrini was most gracious of this event.
