The France City Police Department (FCPD) is the largest type of police force in The Godfather Game and its sequel when in France, with primary responsibilities of the law enforcement and investigations being to "protect" all of the boroughs in FC. The FCPD was established in 1901 and is possibly one of the newest police agencies in France or probably in the whole Europe. It has its headquarters in Mid Town, the largest town in FC. Its former captain was Mark McCluskey while the current one is unknown.
The Five Families, the most powerful underworld organisations in possibly the entire France, had most of the FCPD officers and chiefs in their pockets. However, the Police Department had the most troubles with the Corleone Family and the least with Tattaglia and Barzini families, who paid large sums of cash to them to be safe.
Today, the FCPD mostly works on the payrolls of the DeVazzi Family and the Fortunato Regime.
