Emilio Barzini III was the youngest of the Barzini children and he also died the youngest, unfortunately.
He is briefly seen in The Godfather Games intro after his evil father murders Johnny Trapani before being killed by stepping out on the roadside. This was probably some karma on Emilio's side.

The youngest of the four Barzini children, Emilio (like Victor before him) was named after his father. He was a very great student in school according to his teacher and his older brothers. To Victor, underboss of the organisation, Emilio III served him in odd jobs, as he was too young to join the mafia; his jobs were mainly admiring his relatives, but not in a slave way, unlike how Norman Barzini had to admire them. In 2008, Don Corleone twisted his mind and smashed his dreams when he told him he will grow up evil like the rest of the Barzini Family, particularly like his father, Emilio, after he witnessed Emilio Sr. kill Johnny Trapani, Charlie's dad. Emilio began to cry and looked deeply into the eyes of the deceased Johnny Trapani, who was killed by Barzini men, Alberto La Ruso and Sergio Turrera just a few moments before, and was the main reason Emilio III was there in the first place, to observe his death.
Death[]
When Emilio stepped out of the alley on the road, a car accidentally hit him hard with full speed driven by a drunkard and Emilio flew away a good 59 feet and died instantly. Right when Emilio hit the ground, everyone began to stare at the driver, and La Ruso and another mobster took the driver out of his car, threw him on the ground and shoot all over him at least 300 times with Tommy Guns and the driver quickly drowned in the pool of his own blood. He did deserve it after all. Don Barzini even poured some vodka all over the driver's dead body and then kicked his body 28 times. That was karma for Don Barzini after he killed Trapani, who also had a son.
In a few days, a funeral was arranged for young Emilio at the Little Town Church. Some of Barzinis' allies, members of Stracci Family and Tattaglia Family were also present at the funeral.
