Mission[]
Otacon is sent on a Mission to retrieve Photon injury specialist Doctor Reginald. Otacon is sent to London, and finds out that Liquid is also looking from him. Otacon sneaks through London, taking out several soldiers. He makes to a new clock tower where he meets Mei Ling and Meryl and fights along them taking out multiple soldiers and FROGs. Otacon meets up with the Doctor but Photon Sight takes him to the top of the tower and they fight. Otacon defeats him but Photon Sight explodes with a photon bomb killing him and wounding Otacon. Strike and Snake then rush to his aid but they find that he is mortally wounded Strike and Snake manage to get to him and Otacon dies in Strike's arms. Cara, Naomi, Meryl, Mei Ling, Raiden and Drebin with Little Grey mourn with then Strike orders for an extraction for Otacon.
Aftermath[]
Otacon was buried alongside Emma and the WOLFHOUNDers prepare to battle in Shadow Moses.
