Edward Bernard Fortune AKA the “United Liberty Paper Contact” (born February 23, 1943) is an IAA (CIA-like intel organisation) agent from Grand Theft Auto IV as the temporary boss of Niko Bellic and boss of Karen Daniels who got Niko to know this guy. He made Niko track down criminals throughout New York City, despite Niko being a criminal himself. He also makes a brief appearance in Grand Theft Auto V when there’s a three way battle between the FIB, IAA, and Merryweather. He is capable of being killed by either Michael De Santa, Trevor Phillips, or Dave Norton, or possibly even somehow surviving the bloodshed. Similarly to Karen, he labels himself as a member of the Republican Party. He was rumoured to be friends with Mr. Rogers as well as Gotham City’s Commissioner James Gordon.
