Edgar Martinez is a minor character featured in Scarface: Twiy.

Martinez is a brutal and sadistic individual who is known to bury his rivals and victims alive in sement and works for Doogie and his regime as his right-hand-man. As such, he operated out of a small motel in Downtown which allowed him to continue his unpleasant hobby at the local construction site, before moving back to Colombia. He has got four soldiers under his arm for him to command, which are: Washington, Jorge Moss, Roger Bean and Ziggy, but all are overseen by Doogie.

Edgar may appear during the small supplier mission in Industrial Zone, Downtown, Miami, or in Cayman Islands. Edgar will usually be the bodyguard of Paco, who must be intimidated in order to hand over the drugs. Martinez may also appear as one of the Bloodsport fighters under the name of 'Hector', and is rather strong in a fight.
