Duke Tallen is a character introduced only in Mortal Kombat: Return of The Dragon King; Konquest. Tallen is the ruler and a wealthy citizen of Orderworld.

As being the acclaimed ruler of the Planet of Order, he is also a part of the ruling council of the Seidan Government. He has been known to be the fifth ruler of the Planet, preceding his father and grandfather.
His office can be seen located in front of one of the eight temples surrounding the portal pyramid in Seido in the Konquest mode of Mortal Kombat: Return of The Dragon King. It is unknown where his mansion is located, however it is presumed it is located in the East part of Orderworld. Shujinko of Earth during his travels within Seido meet Duke Tallen who asked him to find his emissary Parlos Cessina who have not been found after weeks from his mission with the Seidan Rebels. Shujinko learns from one of the Seidan citizens that Parlos himself has joined the Rebels, shockingly. Shujinko report the grave news to Duke Tallen who rewarded him with 500 ruby coins with this important information which he then immediately report to the Seidan Council and order the Seidan Guardsmen to finish Parlos off if they find him.

- Tallen already said that his successor after his death or successful assassination (if it happens, which Duke fears greatly might) will be his nephew, Georgy Tallen.
- After Gnorris escaped into Seido from Orinion, Tallen offered Gnorris' fat ass a position at the Seido State Prison. Gnorris accepted and left for his new job right away, but not before defecating on I.M. Meen's desk. Since them, Gnorris is living in the prison and is sometimes sexually abused by Teabag Jim.
