Dr. Jason “Jay” Norris is a centi-billionaire mad scientist and businessman. He is allies with Frank Kenson and his party. However, he is clearly puppeteering Kenson from behind, making it a similar situation like it was between Lucas Borlinghathen and Dick Cheney. He is also an agent of the Dixmor Project, although he actually disagrees with them on numerous things, including their leader, Murkoff Dixmor.
Biography[]
Jason “Jay” Norris was born February 4, 1979 in Capetown, South Africa. He has a mild form of autism and is the founder and CEO of an electric vehicle car brand named Husk, which is produced in his mega company called Husk Inc., where the working conditions could be compared to the sweatshops in China or in the Mishima Corporation. Much like his puppet named Frank Kenson, he does believe climate change exists and is trying to “save the planet” despite overall being very conservative. This is because his products include cars on sun energy and electricity. Dr. Norris also has two robot henchmen named Buzz and Delete. He often gets annoyed with their frequent incompetence, similar to some kinda Dr. Robotnik. He has usurped the American government in a lot of ways and is trying to change the constitution to make Kenson the president-for-life, which won't work.
He is close with the Indian PM, Mahatma Modi. Recently, he has been ordered by President Kenson to design some new outfits and weapons for the Kenson Force which will retake the role of the American Army once Kenson's Dictatorship part 2 is established.
