Dr. Friedbucket (real name: Isaac David Friedbucket) is a supporting character in Grand Theft Auto V, aka 5 and the main villain of its online spin-off. Although not a part of the Dixmor Project, he has a lot of juice with their staff, especially nurses and docs.
He is a renowned therapist and psychiatrist based in Los Angeles, and a TV plus radio host, where he shows off his medical skills, helps guests with psychological problems and discusses latest events in society and how to cope with 'em.

Growing up, Dr. Friedbucket was bullied due to his German-Jewish ancestry, surname and appearance, with fellow classmates picking on him due to his curly hair, clanky figure, small arms and lack of nipples (although he had them, they were barely visible). However, in a way, this pissed his bullies off, as they were unable to do purple nurples or nipple twisters on him. According to his personal website, this Rust bucket received a bachelor's degree in marketing from an unknown university in 1986 or 14 BH and a doctorate degree in psychology and psychotherapy a year later from Standford University. He travelled frequently to Asia, as a lot of his patients needed help there. He once also made a psychological profile on Heihachi Mishima and Daiko Mishima, and called both "sociopaths and fuaking nutcases!".
Throughout the years working as a shrink, he treated all: celebrities, politicians, random people, average Joes, total nutcases, war veterans and criminals alike, becoming a leading authority in the field of sociopathic/psychopathic personality disorder and schizophrenic episodes, also schizoid disorders. In 10 BH, this Fried KFC helped expose the culture of narcissism of certain gangs of California, like the California's version of Bloods and Crips, and also exposed the cultures of violent Russian mobs, like the Olovyanov Family, but didn't say one bad thing of the Malestra Family, like he was in their pocket or some sith. He was also a regular contributor to Big Smoke's TV show before Smoke died of a heart attack, implying he got along with crime and drug lords daily and was known to travel and heal people in many institutions around America, including the Arkham Asylum, Shady Sanitarium, the Crystal Asylum and of course, the Dixmor Asylum.
A few years prior to 13 AH, he began treating the former bank robber Michael De Santa as he dealt with a midlife crisis, meeting once a week. At some point, he prescribed Michael with some very strong medications that caused him to constantly sith his pants every two hours, cry in bed, sleep on the toilet, and howl like a dog into the bowl. Seeing that this did not help him at all, Michael took off of the medications.
By 16 AH, Dr. Friedbucket became one of the most respected and in-demand shrinks in California, at his personal clinic. One of his newest patients include Flippy, who was at the California at the time when he starts to visit him. In one session, Flippy blew up about his life and his past in the war, saying how depressed he is about seeing his friends getting killed in front of his eyes and what caused his split personality disorder. Dr. Friedbucket also experiences Flippy becoming "evil", aka Fliqpy in the middle of the session, but he is able to restrain the bear with some pills he forced down his uh, guthanc, aka throat.
Sometime after, as Flippy's condition doesn't appear to get better at all, Fried KC has him sent back to the Arkham Asylum.
Some time afterwards, he listens to Amanda De Santa and Michael argue about their relationship while at their house for a coffee, but he makes no effort to intervene in any way, claiming he was 'off-duty', which he technically was.
Later in the said game, he tells Michael that he has been offered his own TV show and will be leaving LA and deal with patients back in his home state of Arizona. He then informs Michael that he needs to find a new therapist and implies that he is going to use Michael's case on his show and represent him and his image to the entire world and explain his diagnosis there. Angered by this and for not getting a share, Michael chases after Friedbucket in his GS Mercedes.
After finally convincing Friedbucket to drop his case in the show, the doc agreed and left in peace with his broken car, and later send an e-mail to Michael, explaining how sorry he is about what he did to Michael. He also says that he values the time spent with Michael and that they should both forget what happened between them and move forward and invites Michael to join him once again on his TV show. Michael politely declines as he knows no money will be thrown his way.
In early 23 AH, Friedbucket decided to get involved in the illegal drug game himself and worked at Dixmor Project-owned Virus Ranch, despite sharing no allegiance to the organisation at the time.
In March, Isaac has a bunch of hired, masked goons raid a chemical lab in Chandler in order to abduct the main chemist there, Larry Brad, so he can give him his experiments.
Some time later, Friedbucket is exposed by the Special Forces at the Virus Ranch for stealing the pills, chemicals and files belonging to the chemical lab in Chandler and is set up for trial, where he will face up with judge William Finkel. When Friedbucket, his helper from the Dixmor Doctors, Barney, and some other of Dr. Bucket's associates are brought into custody, evidence come out that they were planning on using the chemicals and new types of drugs on human test subjects and they realised they need to lawyer up immediately.
Dr. Friedbucket was offered a lawyer who worked for Dixmor Project itself, thanks to Barney's clever thinking. However, in return, Friedbucket would have to share his allegiance to the Dixmor Scientists and subsequently, the Dixmor Project. Dr. KFC-Bucket accepted the offer.
With the help of a Dixmor lawyer at the courthouse the next afternoon, Friedbucket only had to pay a fine, as did Barney and the rest of their colleagues, as the judge declared the experiments 'humane' and saw them as being conducted for some sorta uh, greater good.
The day after, the supposed victims of Friedbucket issue in a complaint to the courthouse concerning Dr. Bucket's release, but about an hour later, all of the complainers are found to have died in some unfortunate and surely accidental circumstances. Of course, it was heavily implied that Friedbucket had them killed.
An anti-Dixmor assassin, working for the Order of the Beastmen, is later ordered to capture Friedbucket and he does so, then he tortures him for information on how the victims were killed earlier that day. The Rust bucket refuses to answer and tells the mercenary that he's making a big pisstake. Before the assassin can hurt the poor doc further, one of the Spys (assumed to be Archie Grimes, but never stated) jumps into the basement and kills Bucket's assassin by stabbing him in the eyes with a crowbar. After gouging out his tongue, he cuts Bucket's ropes that bind him to the chair. When the Spy asks Friedbucket about the assassin, Friedbucket tells him that he has no idea who he is nor for whom he works for. With that in mind, the Spy explains to him that they'll need to investigate and that Murkoff Dixmor himself ordered his rescue, implying that he holds the KFC-Bucket in high esteem in his organisation.

Dr. Friedbucket's personality could be described as being an over-the-top version of a calmer Charles Manson or a random Dixmor therapist. On his official website, he is said to be a media personality, a devout Buddhist, and a fast car and fast boat enthusiast and a philosopher. He also frequently mentions all of this during his sessions with his patients due to his ego. He charges exorbitant rates for sessions and charges extra for minutes that go over his schedule and he does not appear to care much about his patients and their problems at all, preferring to draw stuff on his notepad instead of trying to reassure his patients. He sometimes draws himself as a God-like being or imagines that he is in charge of a kingdom. During Michael De Santa's therapy sessions, he is seen looking at his watch waiting for the session time to expire already and grumbles all the time, quietly. He appears unconcerned about anyone's behaviour in the slightest, even when some patients, like Michael Knoxville, confess that he is able to kill without remorse. He also often naps during his sessions or scrolls the internet instead on his phone or uses the bathroom excuse to have some free time from his patients.
Outside of his work, Friedbucket is rumoured to cheat on his wife at home, who he refers to as "very ugly" and confided this to numerous Dixmor Scientists when he joined the Project. It is also possible that his fellow psychotherapists around the US think little of him, as Dr. Bambi claimed that Friedbucket is a scammer while Dr. Takenberry says he should be locked up in his asylum.

- If the player enters his office and checks on his desk, there will be Psychiatric Evaluations there which note the player's behaviour. This includes the way the player makes friends, laziness, addiction to chaos or drugs, whether he thinks criminals are justified in their actions, how often he swims, and how he handles women that aren't his own wife.
- Dr. Friedbucket is actually quite wealthy and he owns a red Orient YV and a black Monterey Shark, which can both be seen parked outside his office.
- According to small-talk, Friedbucket did not support Barack Obama's Obamacare program, as he believed it would run him out of money and he won't be able to charge his patients anymore.
- He once talked to Kim Jing Wei online, but did little to nothing to help her problems, similar to Dr. Bambi.
