Don Treadwell was a playable character that worked and lived at the Cliffside Restaurant in The Sims 2.

Don Treadwell attended the prestigious Cate School of Waitering back in his youth where he mastered almost every subject with an arrogance and ego as large as the whole planet. Despite being the late butler of the Monty household, he thought little of them, especially Isabella due to their differences in personalities. He got along pretty well with Patrizio and some of the guests, though.
Personality and traits[]
Don's role in the establishment has actually caused more trouble anything else, particularly due to his snooty, snarky, and sarcastic traits getting in the way of the guests' good mood and from time to times, making them leave earlier. As expected, he got along better with the grumpy Patrizio Monty than his wife Isabella, and was usually Pat's replacement for a complainer when Patrizio wasn't around despite his pay being pretty good. Don was also not immune to any sort of corruption or bribery from the guests or Patrizio.
Isabella Monty actually wanted to fire him many times when he was misbehaving, complaining about pay and/or annoying the guests but he was spared from such a misfortune by Patrizio, who told Isabella that "at least Don is somehow keeping this restaurant full of fun".
Besides that, Don could prove himself to be friendly to some guests like John Gray Jr. or Jonas W. Bragg. However, his good relations with Jonas could only be thanked due to both of them being quite snobby jerks. Nevertheless, Don's villainy paled compared to that of Tori Namastek, XY-XY Smith or Jonas Bragg, as Don was just seen something as a "complaining bully who won't really do anything to you depending on how you treat him or the household" whereas Jonas and Tori were both spiteful sadists, both with the intention to bring you harm. Treadwell and Tori actually hated each other.
Death[]
A year ago on 13 April, The Butler Treadwell died at the restaurant after he stuck his hand into a Peppy Pete's slot machine to see if it had any extra money, but the machine took his arm off. For the very same reason, Timmy Tool died a week later followed by Isabelle a year later. People who came to Don's funeral included Patrizio, Isabella, some of the guests he got along with and some of his relatives and former classmates from the Waitering school.
