The Dixmor Scientists (Sometimes known as Project Scientists) are an organisation that operate on experiments for the Project. They appear in Manhunt 1.
They aren't actually in the hunt themselves, all they do is pretty much operate on subjects by putting them on a harmful medications and operating on them with harmful treatment. They appear in the missions "Awakening" and "Origins". Their weapons of choice are a hacksaw.
Danny was also once a Dixmor scientist, until he volunteered for an experiment and instead become a Dixmor inmate after the experiment failed.
