Harkley can be found walking around the Trailer Park during the night and day. He can talk with Tony Montana, Tony may ask Harkley why he has such a big head, or why he and his family are into incest. Delmont gets quite angry with Tony's attitude, and tells him he is lucky that Delmont's back is hurting, or else he would beat his ass. Sometimes, but rarely, the player might encounter Delmont walking around the streets of South Town, or driving around South Town with a car or a van.
