Ms. Deirdre Philips is the art and photography teacher at Dixmor Academy in Bully.

Role in Story

Ms. Philips' first non-class cutscene appearance is when she's seen taking Lionel Galloway's alcohol from Jimmy and drinking it all herself, so Umberto Hattrick won't be able to tell the principal to fire Lionel since the Whiskey Bottles have miraculously disappeared. She later gives a few of them to Handy, and gives Jimmy Hopkins a camera as a reward, allowing him to cheat in her Art & Photography class, much to other students' dismay and anger.

When Mr. Galloway is forcefully enrolled into the Happy Volts Asylum thanks to Umberto's schemes, Ms Philips promises to give Jimmy some some make-out if he goes to break him out. Despite this, Deidre gives Jimmy niente once he breaks Lionel out and instead drives off with Galloway in their red Audi on a date. After the order is restored to Dixmor Academy following Gary Smith's expulsion, Ms. Philips is one of the members of the faculty that is seen cheering Jimmy on and later allowing him to touch her boobs once he completes his school year.

If Jimmy causes trouble in the girls' dorm and then knocks out one of the female students, Elsa Peabody and Ms Philips will spawn to beat up Jimmy until he starts bleeding from the forehead and throw him out of the dorm, unconscious.

Personality and traits

Ms. Philips is one of the most popular teachers amongst the students on the school based on her looks alone, but in a way that is to be understandable since those teenagers at the school are quite horny, especially in their puberty. However, she is also the most disliked teacher amongst the staff due to everyone being jealous of her looks. She encourages the students in class to work towards their goals instead of denigrating them like some of the less popular ones do, like Umberto Hattrick and today Mr. Pearson or Mr. Hill. It also appears that some of the girls are jealous of her looks. Pedro De La Hoya claims that she worked as a bunny waitress while attending college, although that is a lie made to make those hornballs fight each other for her even more, particularly Greasers and the Jocks.

She is also one of the few teachers who actually likes Jimmy Hopkins and offers him some head, and even mentions his "coming along nicely" while wandering around campus. However, she is willing to go even further than the rest of the teachers and give him a blowjob other than just head when Hopkins comes into her classroom when off-duty. Due to most of her affection being for Jimmy, Greasers are jealous of him to the max and if Jimmy even dares to steep one feet near Deidre, his standing with those Greaseballs drops to zero and Larry Romano with another greaser will run around the corner to knock him the F out, just ask Alexandra McRae.

Not much is known about her home life. She is an art enthusiast, claiming to be taking photos and painting during her free time. She's also been married at least three times, perhaps the reason she insists that the students call her Ms. instead of Miss. Ms. Philips is also a cat enthusiast. According to a note posted on the bulletin board, one of her cats, who is a black, has gone missing and is named Malefic. Edna Abners claims to may have cooked one of her cats into a casserole, deliberately due to being jelly of Philips' looks. Ms Philips also likes ferrets, hamsters, chinchillas, parrots and dogs (pugs, bulldogs, boxers, shepherds, dalmatians and Boston terriers in particular). She is also a heavy smoker and drinker and usually hangs around the same bars her only friend in the staff, Lionel Galloway, hangs around.

She is romantically involved with Mr. Galloway even. Small talk around the school says that she hits on other teachers as well, but this is most likely a lie came up by Christy Martin's gossip, as none of the male teachers have the stones to tell her how they really feel about her and instead mix their jealous together with anger.
