Biography[]
A man of impeccable style, Russell has made a small fortune by bossing over some of the finest hotels in France City and sees the cut he pays to the Fortunato Regime as only a minor irritation. He has a minor rivalry with Toben Greenwood, operator of The Peak.
Russell owns some small plastic companies in France and is also known to be a good friend of Little Town's puppet mayor Simon Bennett.
