Sheriff David Alexander Clark Jr. (born August 21, 1956) is an African-American sheriff from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is similar to Joe Arpaio and Scott Pruitt in his crime-dealing practices. He is a Democrat, but in name only as the vast majority of his views are that of conservative Republicans. He supports Donald Trump/Frank Kenson and has been criticized by liberals and some RINO’s for “being too harsh” on the Italian-American, Irish, Russian, Polish, and Jewish crime families as well as African-American gangs (despite the fact that David Clarke is African-American himself). However, KGBSpetsnaz used to like David Clarke as well as Joe Arpaio and Scott Pruitt a lot as none of the three of them are warm and fuzzy at all. However, he currently can’t stand them, especially Clarke and Arpaio because they have sided with Abigail Peppercorn in order to destroy alcohol, tobacco and drugs forever. He was barely alive when it happened but his opinions on the Red Scare are probably positive.
