Cooky is a Universtarian politician and key figure in the Universtarian Revolution. He is basically the representation of the real life Stalin or our Joe Valirover.
Biography[]
Cooky was born from a poor peasant family. His father C-gul thought he was weak, and thus was sent to a boxing camp under Heihachi Mishima in US. Thanks to Mishima he became so strong that he was often shown in Shooky's propaganda posters as the strongest man, well rabbit, in the world.
He is best friends with Shooky, and even has a cult of personality on Earth-2. He is a key figure in the assassination of Tsar Milk III.
After Shooky's regime took over, RJ was hailed as Shooky's successor, but Cooky decided to take over his power and had him killed, like how Stalin had Trotsky killed.
When he became leader, he was nicknamed "The Univertsar" due to his resemblance of the legacy of that royal Tsar Milk III.
Despite being a friend of Shooky's, during his rule he denounced Shooky's legacy, explaining how many cruel pranks Shooky spread over Earth-2 and all the genocides Shooky caused.

- Cooky is also based on Nikita Khrushchev, the leader who denounced Joe Valirover's cult of personality and gulags. He is also based on Mikhail Gorbachev due to his extreme reforms of government and him leading to the collapse of communism in Russia like a crapitalist traitor that he was.
