Cody Michaels (born March 12, 1969) is a corrupt CIA agent who is a member of Frank Hill’s nefarious CRADAS unit. He is Frank’s main henchman. Much like Agent Hill, he wants to eradicate both squirrels and dragons, as well as kill anyone who tries to interfere with him or other agents. He is also from West Virginia.
