Clarence Wendell was a Capo of the Corleone Family and Underboss of the Cuneo Family.
Biography[]
Clarence was a member of the Corleone Family, operating in New Town with his friends. He often hung out on the sidewalk with three buddies. In 2012, he was working for Cuneos and Garnet for three years. Corleones found out that he was loyal to Cuneos but it was okay, since Cuneos and Corleones were allies back then.

However, when Corleone-Cuneo alliance broke, Clarence was killed along with some Cuneos and New York Jamaican Mob members in Leonardo da Vinci's LSD Hub in New York by Corleones in a mob war by orders of Luigi Pennino, two days before he got shot.
