The Christmas Tree can be purchased from the shop interface at the start of the mission "End of the Line". If it's not purchased, it is not available subsequently during the current game.
Helaku can also be unlocked by earning an excellent rating on the mission "Bear Mountains". If unlocked in this way, the tree will show as sold in the shop interface.
