Charlie can be encountered during the Thompson Town gang hideout, though he will attack the player. He can also be seen camping with another criminal in Tall Trees during daytime in the New Life.

Trivia[]

  • Like Walton Lowe, he seems to be very mannerable, as he calls Marston "mister" after being hogtied and during gunfights. However, Walton goes one step further and even calls him sir.
  • In his wanted poster, Charlie wears a cross necklace, but he doesn't in-game at all. He claims he stopped wearing one and stopped being a christian after doing some research on racism and that the church used to be the main oppressor of the black man. He threw the necklace down the toilet at Thompson Town's mansione which then swam to the Aurora Lake, where Charlie was camping and saw the same cross again and pulled it out of the lake and burned it with a Molotov over and over again until he ran out of the fire Molotovs and threw it down the hatch of another of Hestor Frith's thugs, making the negro choke on it and Charlie put his hands over his as so he wouldn't shat it out.
    • This happened in October and King Baal saw the event and approached Charlie, admiring his hatred for the jew/christian "god" and said he'll be welcomed once he arrives in Hell. Charlie was very happy and shared a hug with Baal.
  • Despite being Roe's and Frith's thug, he wears the signature red kerchief of the British's Gang, like Esther Durton.
  • His clothing is similar to Shaky and Kent Gallaway.
