Sociopaths

Characters who have Antisocial Personality Disorder, commonly abbreviated as ASPD. Contrary to popular belief, they are NOT mentally ill. Unlike someone who is mentally ill, they are fully aware of reality but instead, they choose to do wrong, although if committing serious crimes, they might be put in a mental asylum rather than jail, although those kind of sociopaths usually have a bunch of other mental issues. Then again, it depends on the country's justice system, really. The vast majority of them are Pure Evil, or at least Filled with Evil. They are sometimes alternatively referred to as psychopaths, although there can be a slight difference; psychopaths can be persuasive and charming, while sociopaths tend to rage more and often restore to violence to end a conflict, rather than to use their charisma.
