Good on paper, rotten below it

This category has two options on what it means:

• First: We think stuff here is pretty good, useful, awesome maybe, but then it turns out to be garbage and is good for only one thing that isn't really a thing: Nothing.

• Second: We think the page (usually a character page) is actually about a good and friendly guy/gal aiding the hero in his/her missions, but as a shock twist, they turn out to be big villains, with no good intentions at all for the protagonist.
