Casey Quinn's is a butcherstore in Old Town in France City "ran" by the former bookie and boxer, Casey Quinn.
In the upstairs of his butchery, the Cuneo Family gambler Bob Boswell ran his rackets with efficiency, and Casey used to play blackjack upstairs with his customers sometimes, winning most of the chips - but mostly because the folks of Old Town feared him due to his old glory days of him being a boxer.
In 11 AH, Casey and Bob were forced to pay their tributes to the Corleone Family until their loss of power in Old Town in 16 AH by the Fortunato Regime and subsequently, DeVazzi Family. After DeVazzis' defeat at the hands of the servants of Viktor the Horrible, Casey and Bob followed suite as they feared Vik's wrath, just like how god fears the cross.
Today Casey and Bob work as business partners with ties to Viktor Garganović.
