Cafe Vitales was a restaurant in Crazy Town run by and named after Jimmy Vitales. It managed to remain independent of the local Tattaglia Family for many years, before falling under the thumb of Johnny Mussolini and the Barzini Family. Jimmy made numerous attempts to restore his property's independence, but to no avail.
Only in 2011, the restaurant fell into the hands of the Corleone Family.
But quickly in 2012, the Cafe fell back into the hands of the sneaky Barzini Family, more specifically, Fortunato Regime.
