The Butt-faced Zombie is just what his name says, dressed in pink. He is from the cemetery of Green Hill in Wyoming, US, where he was buried in an unmarked grave only to be awoken and go on a rampage to replaced his buttocks on the head with an actual face.

It is unknown who this person or man was before his death, as his tombstone is unmarked at the Green Hill Cemetery in Wyoming. He might have had his face cut off when he died or died in an extremely humiliating way concerning a person's rear end, thus explaining his situation.
When Dr. Dilly-Dally invoked a spell at the cemetery with a help from Chernobog's grimoire, he awoken the Butt-faced one, who went on a rampage around the country to find someone he could easily kill and steal their face, so he would have one himself.
Coincidentally, the freaking Mystery Inc. themselves happened to be just around when the zombie awoke and were dining in a nearby McDonald's. Hey, it's a small world, don't blame me, blame the freaking Elder Gods. Scooby Doo, their dawg, witnesses this and tells the gang, who then informed the police about what Scooby, but no one takes them seriously. People in Wyoming, especially the cops, didn't believe in no butt-faced creatures. However, when the gang meets there Johnny Cage himself (again, what a coincidence), he claims that he is filming a new movie there and that a Butt-faced Zombie would be a great addition to the film, especially if he's real. They follow him to the Green Hill cemetery as they figure that the most likely location for a Butt-faced zombie or any zombie for that matter, would be at the graveyard. Scooby checks out the chapel, but finds no zombie. The team nor Cage have any leads either, until they hear a weird-s howling and fart sounds coming from the local general store. As Cage sees it is indeed the Butt-faced zombie who is causing those noises from the store, he tells the Scoobies to stay put while he'll deal with him, for he is an martial arts expert who even saved the Earth once. Cage asks the Butthead the quote above and that only enrages him, so he tries to strangle Cage, but Johnny crushes his arm and pushes him down the stairs. Dr. Dilly-Dally then arrives to the store and explains to Cage that he had awoken the zombie. Despite the zombie being subdued, Vilma Dinkley runs in and explains to Cage that they found three dead people with their faces torn off in the nearby dumpster, implying the Buttfaced one already killed them to acquire their faces but that didn't go nowhere. While the gang and Johnny are too busy chatting and talking about going to the local police, the Butt-faced Zombie breaks free of his ropes, even if his arm was damaged and growls at the gang surplus Johnny.
After Cage knocks the Butthead out and lays him on the floor, he says he'll stay guarding there with Scoobs and a fake Shaggy Rogers, while the gang will get into town to find the police. As they arrive, the chief tells them they will have to wait there to wait for the lieutenant to arrive who will then look into the Butt-faced Zombie case, even though the chief didn't believe a word of it and said that he's just wasting the lieutenant's time. Meanwhile, the Zombie managed to let out a fart from his butt, well face, that knocked out both: Shaggy and JC, so he was running outside in Wyoming and almost made it to the border of South Dakota. While he was at the border, he scared a border guard sithless and he just knocked him down with his rifle. When the lieutenant, Scooby, JC and Shaggy arrived at the border since they followed the Zombie's stench, the lieutenant was shocked to see the thing was real and had him cuffed.
Defeat[]
When Zombie came to while the gang, Cage and the cop were about to bring him back into the city or town for custody, he let out his farting gas again to knock everyone out and succeeded. He then ran away with his cuffed arms, before bumping into Dr. Dilly-Dally, who was tired of his disobedience and for causing so much mayhem all around. He kicked the zombie down and quickly chanted the closing ritual and the Zombie was teleported back into his grave at the Green Hill cemetery.
Trivia[]
- He is the first zombie on the Wiki to not belong to either the Mortal Kombat or the Red Dead series. Therefore, he is a different specie than those two.
- Other than having a butt for a face, he really isn't that interesting. He's just some skinny guy in a pink robe.
- If he really wanted a face so badly, he could just go to Leatherface and ask him to give him one of his masks. Then again, neither of them are mentally capable of making a deal or even reason or so it seems, so there probably wouldn't be no face for Zombie at all.
- On another hand, he could just buy a mask from the Happy Mask Salesman and pretend that that was his actual face or some crap.
