Buford Van Stomm is a bully and a supporting character from Phineas and freaking Ferb, starring none other than Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher, or should we say... Peter Gordon? Haha! Hell, god really does make 'em like he used to.

Buford Van Stomm was born in the United States of America (a Paradise lost) to Biffany and Herman Van Stomm, who immigrated there from Norway. Apparently, Buford's grandpa was German, and worked as a tailor for Wilhelm Hillmor's SS. Maybe that's why Buford wears that skull T-shirt all the time. As a younger boy, he was weak, meek and cowardly, but received a pet goldfish named Biff at a state fair after winning at a strength-o-meter. After the fish gave him some pep talk on how to stand up to bullying, Buford beat his local bully with the school chair when his back was turn and claimed he enjoyed it. In return, he became the bully himself and selected Baljeet Tjinder as his favourite victim and loved to use anti-Indian slurs against him, including calling him Pajeet on purpose. He also liked to call him Tinder to make fun of his last name.
While once a meek kid who anyone could pick on, Buford today is a dim-witted, thuggish local bully, but sometimes works on Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher's projects, helping the two out. However, he demands pay in return. He exercises a slightly twisted sense of humour, and finds dark humour the best, no matter how racist or offensive it is. When Baljeet is with Flynn and Ferb, he doesn't bully him as he fears Flynn and Ferb might retaliate against him. But when the two are alone, he gives Baljeet them Indian burns, calls him slurs, dunks his head in the toilet and forces him to lick the floor he (Buford) walks on. He does all of this in private, because he fears the public will get him for it, especially those liberals, as they know Baljeet is a racial minority.

- Buford likes to assume Baljeet Tjinder craps on the street due to his Indian heritage.
- He likes to dress up as a Nazi for Halloween and when home alone. Unlike Gary Smith, Buford can back his Aryan lineage up. On another note, he also likes to dress up in a metal gear with spikes on his boots and Father Pinhead-styled coat.
- He loves black, heavy, trash and even Nordic metal. His number one band is Slayer, though, he says. He also likes rock and emo music.
- Buff's a bully in a similar way as Colton Williams and Greg Williams are. However, both of two were/are a lot worse than Buford.
