Bryce Damien Mortimer Cornet is a character in Bully, and a member of the Preppies gang. He is also a member of the Cornet Dynasty.

Role in game[]

Bryce can be seen accompanying Derby Harrington during the mission "Russell in the Hole", cheering on the fight between that mentally challenged bully Russell Northrop and the bald social reject, Jimmy Hopkins.

During chapter 2, Bryce appears regularly, but he has no individual role in the story and no speaking lines in cutscenes. He is instead used a goon for the Preppies. In the mission "Tad's House", three different instances of Mortimer appear in the upstairs windows, throwing eggs at Jimmy and defending the paintings of Leonardo da Vinci and Pablo Picasso. Later on, during the mission "Bait", he is seen riding bikes around town with Gord Vendome, who Jimmy needs to lure to the BMX park so the Greaseballs can have a little "chat" with him. Some unused speaking lines found in the data files indicate that Bryce had a role in a possible stealth-based mission, like in Manhunt, but they're too fragmentary to tell anything further. It is also unknown how Bryce is just one of Preps' henchmen, when he is probably the richest prep out of them all, being a Cornet and such.

During the "Complete Mayhem" riot in chapter 5, Bryce can be found guarding Derby inside the Harrington House.

Bryce can always be found training on the heavy bag at the fake WWE boxing club called Preps' WWE Gym. When he is hitting the heavy bag, the game will not let you take a picture of him for yearbook as he might punch you in the fae. However, you can knock him out and take a picture of him when he's down and then jerk off to him.

Bryce is seen entering many of Jimmy's classes such as English, geography and biology along with the regulars like Shelton Thompson and Beatrice Trudeau.

Personality and traits[]

Bryce's father is apparently the broker for all of the Preps' fathers' businesses, according to dialogue. However, Damien's family is hitting hard times, with his father wasting away his cash on gambling, booze and car racings he never wins. Bryce complains that his is the only family at the golf and yacht club without a yacht, even the school's counselor, Edward Seymour II has one. He can also be heard stating that he works at the club to pay his way through school. He claims that his parents have sheltered him from reality throughout most of his childhood. He has daddy issues, but also claims that his father spoils him with money he has left, paying all of his grades to be perfect year after year.

Bryce considers himself a fighting machine, like some sorta Rocky Balboa, repeatedly referring to the different forms of fighting he knows, like Tai Chi and Judo or Jeet Kune Do. He claims to be a Shaolin student, and is learning some Shaolin moveset from the Shaolin master Wang Haas. Bryce also claims that he knows Thai Kickboxing (Muay Thai), Boxing and Brazilian Jiu jitsu, although he is never seen using a fighting style other than the standard preppy boxing he learnt from the leader Derby. Strangely, the version of Bryce boxing at the gym shares Bif's stats, including his damaging fighting style and a large amount of health, but this could be due to the power-charging tea Wang Haas gave him.
