Bosses (Tekken)

The boss is the final opponent that the player must face at the top of the battle machine after having braved their way through the ranks of other weaker fighters. Final bosses may be computer-controlled only, but most of them can be made playable. Bosses always have inhuman, often demonic, powers compared to the cast of other players. In addition, they often possess several advantages over the normal characters such as higher resistance to attacks, guard and much more prominent strength. Victory over the boss may result in his climatic demise, followed by the selected fighter's ending.

Tekken[]

Heihachi Mishima - Mishima Gardens

Heihachi fights using the Mishima-style Fighting Karate. His style is similar to Gojuryu Karate that Darrius uses.

Tekken II[]

Kazuya Mishima - Dark mirror room

Kazuya fights using Mishima-styled fighting Karate, mixed with supernatural and dark powers.

Tekken III[]

Ogre - Ogre's Temple

Listed as "unknown fighting style", Ogre's fighting style is a combination of many fighting styles, presumably taken from those whomst've he defeated and those whom he was defeated by. He also possesses the ability to fly, do moonsaults and breathe fire.

Tekken 4[]

Heihachi again - Ring in the middle of Tennesse

Here Heihachi possess above average intelligence, superhuman strength, power of electricity, is a Master martial artist, has superhuman endurance and can manipulate chi, kind of like Kenshi.

Tekken 5[]

Jinpachi Mishima - Ground Zero

Jinpachi fights using moves of the Mishima-style fightin' karate but it is mixed with demonic powers thx to the Devil Gene.

Tekken 6[]

Azazel - Azazel's Chamber

Now Lord Azazeru has some great demonic, psychological and physical abilities to go up against his opponents. He is one of the hardest and toughtest bosses in the series, heck, is number one, followed by Kazumi Mishima.

Him and Ogre are the only bosses to have nuffin to do with the Mishima Family.

Tekken 7[]

Kazumi Mishima - The Pit of Judecca

Kazumi's fighting style is Hachijo-styled Karate but mixes with Mishima-style Karate. She is the demonic wife of Heihachi, and like all other family members, infused with the Devil gene. She utilizes a strong combination of the two styles, to the degree that she was a threat to Heihachi in his prime, according to Bang Jinrei.

Tekken 8[]

Azazel again - Azazel's Throne Room

Lord Azazel returns as the final boss in Tekken 8 and instead of relying on sheer power alone, Azazel here also relies on auto guard that blocks all types of attacks, including air ones. Azazel also cannot be thrown, no matter the character. Also unlike in 6, here Azazel no longer can be made to float into a combo even when he is on low healthbar.
