Blood on the Risers is a ninth level in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.

Walkthrough[]

The level starts with Private First Class Cody Patterson, Sargent Richard Fernandez, and Corporal Florio in a C-130 along with several other Soldiers from the 75th Ranger regiment, and the 82nd Airborne division. Patterson puts on his night vision googles, hooks his static line, and jumps out of the C-130. During the jump the player can choose where to land on the ground (It's Recommended not to land to far from your allies). Once you've landed, Find and follow Richard to the enemy defences. When you get there, clear the bunkers and trenches, and move on to secure the town that president Igor krum is suspected of hiding in. After securing the town, search the outskirts of the city for krum. After searching the outskirts Patterson, Fernandez, and Florio find the barn that krum uses as a hideout. When they enter the barn, it is empty, president Igor krum escaped.

Trivia[]

  • The name of the level is a reference to "Blood on the Risers" an American paratrooper song from World War II. It is still played today during PT at U.S. Army Airborne School. School Members of the United States military who attend the United States Army Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia are sometimes required to memorize the lyrics as part of their training.
  • If you jump out of the C-130 without hooking the static line Richard will yell "Patterson No!", Patterson will have the same scream as Roach from Cliffhanger, and when he falls to his death the message will read "A helluva a way to die" another reference to the paratrooper song.
