William Thomas “Billy” Grey (April 13, 1971-April 2008) is a redneck biker who is the main antagonist of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned. He was also the original President of the Lost MC. He and his puppet named Brian Jeremy were traitors to Johnny Klebitz, Terry Thorpe, Clay Simons, Jim Fitzgerald, and other Lost MC members. He was arrested by the LCPD after Johnny and Jim had a fight with the Chinese Triads. He and Brian were too lazy to actually help them out. The cops thought it was some sort of gang war going on. Because of Billy getting arrested, Johnny got promoted. In the end of the game, Billy gets killed by Johnny. Despite being quite racist himself to Chinese people and not being too fond of gays, Grey told Brian to shut his mouth when he insulted the Slavs after Jason Michaels' death. However, it is possible he only told Brian to shut up so he could get a chance to talk.
