William aka Billy (born December 27, 1987) is an American mobster from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is presumably of either Irish, Italian, or Russian descent (or maybe even all three). He has dark brown hair and brown eyes. He is also about 5’6 and 180 lbs. As of right now, it is unknown what he’ll appear in, but he has a female crime partner named Amanda. He is arch rivals with Chrissa Lissa, Stella, Randy, and Nice Fun, who are the four protagonists. Billy and Amanda are somewhat similar to Lifty and Shifty from Happy Tree Friends as they are somewhat inept but sneaky and cunning at the same time.
