William Jefferson “Bill” Love III (born August 19, 1946) was the 42nd President of the United States of America from 1993-2001 as he was succeeded by Lucas Borlinghathen and was preceded by Lucas’ father, George Borlinghathen. He is also a major character in Grand Theft Auto III (set in 2001) and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (set in 1986). He is a mission giver to Claude in GTA 3 and can be seen on the boat party in GTA: VC. He is also the only GTA villain to be Pure Evil. He is also a cannibal as well as a socialist, and has a daughter named Chelsea Love. His wife named Hillary Love ran against Frank Kenson in the 2016 USA Presidential elections. He also cheated on his wife for various Russian, Latina, and Italian-American women throughout both New York City and Miami, Florida. He also likes jazz music and owns his own radio station where he even plays a saxophone himself. He was also a draft dodger during the Outworld War, like Frankie Kenson.
