Big Arm Francois Anthony "Tony" Whippet is a minor character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.

Info[]

Anthony Whippet is the manager and owner of the Whippet Gambling in Miami. He lives in a small house located somewhere in South Town. He needed a shitload of help from Tony Montana in 2009/9 AH with the Fat Boss and Gaspar's Gang. Despite his appearance and because of his French manner of speaking, Tony is actually French by descent with African roots, not Haitian.

Interactions[]

Tony can always be found managing his gambling shop during days and nights. Tone Montana, like with all other front managers, can sell drugs to Tony in exchange for cash. During the mission in which Montana takes over the Whippet Gambling, Bik Arm pleads Tone if he can help him with a problem he has with a Fat Boss: The Boss doesn't want to return the money he owes to Big Arm due to his losing habits and is instead hiding secretly at the La Normande Hotel, the cops can't get to him neither. Tone calls for his Ferrari soon after and cashes after the Boss who overheard their convo somehow and is fleeing away in a Bacinari.

After Tone gets the money Boss owed Tony through intimidation, he thanked him in French accent and said Tone can buy his gambling shop for 2,600,000$.

A few years later, after Montana and Frank Carezzo's deaths, Tony was forced into working for the Innocentz, who lowered his pay and made him more of a lackey than respectable front owner.

Death[]

Like Jack Primola a couple of days before, Tony died from Corona virus on 25 March, 2020/20 AH, while being hospitalised. He cough like a madman on his bed a day before he died.

Trivia[]

  • While Anthony was not only the manager of his gambling shop, but also it's owner, he carried a not so tough job on his shoulders, but still a tough one (however, not as nearly as tough as David Paredes carries).
