The Bastet Mob is a criminal organisation or a mafia family led by Jack the Puss. They are the enemies of detective Daffy Duck who has been trying to take and shake down their entire organisation many times yet always failed.
Their name comes from an Egyptian goddess of the same name who represents a lioness or a cat, since Don Jack the Puss is a cat.
Info[]
The Mob was founded and led by Jack the Puss in around 1990's thanks to his charisma and because most of the gangsters he hung out with, while shrewd, savvy and knowledgeable of criminal activity, were too lazy themselves to be leaders, so Jack took the spot and they all followed him since. Their power stems from their gambling operations, loan-sharking, contract-killing, chips selling, pumpkin pie-baking, blackmailing, bribery and basic mafia sith mobsters usually carry out. Their main territories were New Jersey, Chicago, Maryland and New York City, where they owned several businesses, legitimate or otherwise. They are in cahoots with the DeVazzi Family and probably the Stracci Family as well and it is possible that they'll join the newly-revived Barzini Family too, but only time will tell.
The Mob is also notorious for their bank robberies, and a self-proclaimed detective Daffy Duck (as Duck Twacy) has tried to take them down for it, albeit he failed despite partially succeeding.
Once in a very sunny day, Daffy reads the newspapers and finds out that the Bastets had robbed yet another bank (coincidentally, it's the same bank he also saved his money in) and have stacked the stolen money into one of their hideouts. Daffy takes on his Detective Duck Twacy persona and his sidekick Porky Pig nicknamed... well, just Porky, helps him search New York that night in finding a warehouse where the Bastets hid the cash.
After about 40 mins of driving and walking, our two heroes find the storehouse and Daffy is forced to face off against the Bastest mob themselves while Porky hides under a couch being the coward that he is.
