Bale Salvador Elisaldez, better known as Baby Face is a minor enemy character in the game Scarface: The World Is Yours.

Elisaldez was born in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and came to Miami with his parents when he was eleven. When he was only sixteen, he was already charged with robbing a bank in Little Havana, and was on the run for a while. In 1996/4 BH, he stopped fleeing the MPD when he was initiated into Gaspar Gomez's criminal organisation in North Town, and became an important member. In 2008/8 AH, Bale fought with Tone Montana along with some other members of Gaspar's Gang, and was hospitalised after being shot with a SMG in a failed defence of La Normande Hotel. All of other Gomez men were wet with blood in the attack, most of them killed. He was discharged from the hospital on February 16, 2009/9 AH, returning to his duties as a mobster with no one knowing.

Baby Face can be found where other Gaspar's Gang members are usually found in South or North Town, but especially under the bridge in South Town or the basketball court in North one. He can never be found in the Trailer Park unlike other Gomez members. He appears in the third mission at the La Normande Hotel in which Montana is fighting against Gomez's mob.
Strangely, Bale appears as Montana's henchman in the mission "Freedomtown Redux" when Tony calls for his boat, and helps him trough thick and thin for reasons unknown against the druggies and hobos who hung around Freedomtown. After that mission he never appears on Tony's side again, so it is possible he only helped him out because he appeared to have some sort of grudge against those said hobos.

- He is the second most maniacal of Gaspar's soldiers, the first one being Bob Santana.
