Baby Neptune: Discovering Water, better known as Baby Neptune, is the 11th video in the Baby Einstein series, and is the third animals/nature episode from the series, and one of the only two videos that don't focus on animals at all, and instead focuses mainly on water in various locations. This was the first Baby Einstein video where Julie Aigner-Clark, the creator of Baby Einstein, was not involved at all in production, which was present until Clark wrote poems and did the dialogue of Numbers Nursery. This is also the first originally made Disney video made from the series.

Duck watches Neptune use the Little Landscaper Watering Can to grow a red tall flower as they watch it reach up until it stops, which gives Duck an idea to try to make Neptune grow like a flower too, after Neptune smiles at the camera in amazement, Duck uses the same watering can to pour more water on Neptune who disappointingly shakes off the water and realizes it didn't work, so he tries it again with the last remaining water, but still doesn't work since Baby Neptune isn't a plant, so the two give up and Duck goes indoors while Neptune sadly shakes off the water again (in white)
Duck goes in the laundry room to see a white front load washing machine with a white circle door with a D shaped knob, inside, there are blue, black, and brown shirts and jeans spinning clockwise in soapy suds. He watches the wash cycle and rolls his head like the metal spin basket until he gets dizzy by turning around, leaning uncontrollably slowly then falls down to the floor unconscious and then the washer stops spinning before spinning the other direction which is counterclockwise.

The Grow with Me puppet shows were produced by Chris D'Angelo Productions and shot at Images in Motion Media. There was an unused puppet show featuring Baby Neptune (wearing a raincoat), Duck (wearing a rain hat) and Opus. This would've been in the Raindrops and Puddles part.
Opus is the third character to be heard speaking English words, as he is heard saying "Bye-bye!" After the the first Ocean music video, and "Peekaboo!" before the Raindrops and Puddles music video.
Contradance No. 11 and The Blue Danube are the only pieces in this video that are not composed by Handel or Telemann.
Baby Neptune was originally going to be released in 2002, but likely due to delays of giving the company over to Jim Janicek and Len Marino, it was ended up released in 2003.
This video was filmed and completed in Late 2002.

Goof[]

In the American 2003 DVD release, there are several audio errors, but in some foreign releases, the 2004 and 2009 DVD releases have it fixed.
