Armando Torres (born June 17, 1983) is a childhood friend of Luis Lopez and Henrique Bardas from Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony. He is also a common ally of them in drug wars throughout the game. All three of them were born and raised in New York City, and are of Dominican descent. Just like Henrique, Armando loved the cooking of Luis Lopez's mother. It is possible that Armando and Henrique became members of Gay Tony Prince's nightclub after the events of the game. It is also possible that both of them were interrogated by Rayce Flaubert, his father, and William Borlinghathen off-screen about the whereabouts of Tony Prince and Luis Lopez.
