Walkthrough[]
Josh, Phantom and Some Army Rangers infiltrate the presidential building. Dunn is killed by a Social Service member. They fight through and steal the DSM they then run to the door. But are confronted by Krum. He shoots Rogers in the heart and shoots Phantom in the head and through them off a cliff where Salmon is.

The map goes to Moscow.
- "I've got a blank check. And we're going to use every cent of it killin', Krum. Despite what the world may say, we are not savages, We don't kill civilians. We use precision. There's an evil man hiding in these shadows and we're gonna bring him into the light. Once his face is revealed, we will write history, gentlemen. This is where we can get is personal information. Operational Playbook and everything. But Salmon, Your going to have to hold off Russian Secret Service. My son and Phantom, you'll take the DSM."

(Level starts off with some rangers and Wolf engaging the RSS.)
- SGT Rogers: Come on, that's all you got!
- Phantom: Don't later up!
(They fight through the Secret Service.)
- SGT Rogers: Let's go, let's go.
(They fight through more of them and head to the lobby.)
- SGT Rogers: Lobby clear. Move up the stairs.
(They go up the stairs and clear out more of them.)
- SGT Rogers: Stairs Clear. Move into the hallway.
- Phantom: Come on, let's go.
(They move through the first hallway and clear it out.)
- SGT Rogers: Hallway one, clear. Moving to two.
(They move through next one and clear it out.)
- Phantom: Hallway two, clear. Moving to three.
(They clear number three.)
- SGT Rogers: Hallways clear. Moving to the diner.
(They go to the diner and clears it out.)
- Phantom: Diner clear. Moving to the kitchen.
(They go to the kitchen and clears it out.)
- SGT Rogers: Kitchen clear. Proceeding up stairs.
(They move up stairs and they see Krum's laptop.)
- Phantom: Watch it. It maybe a trap.
(They check it.)
- SGT Rogers: I'll download the data.
(He downloads the data and Phantom takes the laptop.)
- Phantom: In case. Let's go.
(Escape same as Estate Escape. They move down the stairs to the main stairs. Murder theme same as Betrayal.)
- SGT Rogers: Come on, let's go!
(They move to the door and a gunshot goes into Rogers. He falls backwards.)
- Phantom: No!
(He two is shot in the head. Soldiers move to them and take them. He blacks out then wakes barely to find he is next to be tossed into the ditch. He is then thrown off and is instantly killed. Captain Salmon runs up to him and looks at him.)
- Captain Salmon: NO! Josh! Josh! This HAS GONE FAR ENOUGH! THIS WILL END NOW! KRUM YOU DIPSHIT, I'll PULL YOUR HEART OUT!
(Level slowly ends.)
