Antonia Barzini was the wife of Francesco Barzini and mother of Emilio, Carla and Ettore Barzini, grandmother of Victor, Norman, Diamond Tiara, and Emilio Barzini III. She is a minor villain in The Godfather Game.

Not much is known about her, she makes a minor appearance in The Godfather Game. She appeared in the background talking with Ross Harris in the mission "Security Guard". Other than this, she is only seen in Barzini Mansion, cooking or smoking in the kitchen. She shares the same character model as Carmela Corleone. Antonia was killed during the takeover of Barzini's Mansion in November 2011, she tried to defend it with a shotgun, but was shot in many of her body parts and was killed. A few minutes later, her son Ettore Barzini was killed as well.
