Sometime before the year 1884 before the sun nor noon has risen, the Water God took Helgerson in his power, he kept him in his prisen! HE KEPT HIM IN HIS PRISON! He took Helgerson to his power, in the darkest nightmare hour! Seriously doe, Anderson was then send by the watery Water God (who got his as handed to him by Shinnok in the original timeline) to spread the God's gospel in Saint Dennis, mostly because it had St. in its name, lol. Anderson was born in Sweden, btw.

Water God's prophet can be found at a public fountain in Saint Penis preaching Water God's BS all around and selling pamphlets to those gullible and naive enough. Arthur Morgan, a right-hand-man in Dutch's Gang has the option to buy one of the pamphlets or refuse, sending Andrew into tears and making him become Water God's whipping boy thanks to his failure to sell their propaganda.
He can later be found walking around the city, shoving more of Water God's propaganda down ordinary folks' throats. It seems like o' blue lord has sent him yet to do another task.
