Alexandre Bouchard was the chief of police in Little Town, France City. He is a minor character in The Godfather Game.
Biography[]
A short-tempered man, and also a smoker who was good with women, the chief was known to be susceptible to bribes, which not only allowed the Five Families to conduct business unopposed, but also allowed corruption to flourish in his department, with officers such as Mark McCluskey, Joe Galtasino, Jerry Finnigan, Johnathan Dixmor, Giacomo Barcolo and Mike Healy being notorious examples. The chief was also a very good friend of Harry Paramour and Bingo Bartelli.

Alexandre was known to frequent Harry's Bar, and it was here that Trapani paid him his dues from the Don at a retirement party.
The Corleone Family managed to maintain control of the chief again in 2012/12 AH when, after a fight with his wife, he killed her and had her buried in the cemetery of St. Patrick's cathedral. Richie Pisano learnt this information from a singer at Sammy's before gaining evidence from a grave robber and had the chief lend free police protection to the Corleones.
After the Corleones' loss of power, he was mostly bribed by the Barzini Family and DeVazzi Family.
