Alenka's Ashes can be bought from the game's Exotics' catalogue at the beginning of the game along with Manny's Remains. If both of the remains are bought, Tone will pray to some divine being (who is actually unknown since we do not have any knowledge of Tone's religion) for about three minutes in silence to give them afterlife freedom.

Alenka's Ashes cost $30,000 and it give the player 18,000 Reputation points. They can be bought from the Exotics' catalogue of Unique collectables at the first Reputation level after the player unlocks Exotics option on the page menu.
