Albert Arnold "Al" Gore Jr. was the Vice President of the United States from 1993-2001 with his President being Bill Love. Unlike his President (who was a draft dodger), he served in the Outworld War from 1969-1971. Al Gore is also a total environmentalist wingnut as he wrote an environmental-themed book called Earth in Balance back in 1992 and firmly believes in global warming. He can also briefly be seen accompanying Bill Love in Grand Theft Auto III (made and set in 2001) and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (made in 2002, though set in 1986). He is also of Swiss descent.
